Submit Your Paper for Publication

1. Copyright Ownership: Upon publication, Liberty Legal Group shall become the copyright owner of the submitted blog post/paper. Liberty Legal Group reserves the right to reproduce, distribute, and display the work on its portal and other platforms associated with Liberty Legal Group. However, the author retains the right to have their name displayed with the published work, acknowledging their authorship.

2. Publication Timeline: Liberty Legal Group will make every effort to publish the submitted blog post/paper within 15 days from the date of submission. If, for any reason, the blog post/paper does not get published within this timeframe, Liberty Legal Group relinquishes the right to claim copyright ownership of the work.

3. Authorship Confirmation: By submitting your blog post/paper, you confirm that you are the original author of the work and that you have not infringed upon the intellectual property rights of any other individual or entity. You take full responsibility for the content of the submitted work and any legal consequences arising from any copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations.

4. Adherence to Guidelines: You affirm that you have read and adhered to the guidelines provided by Liberty Legal Group for blog post/paper submission. These guidelines may include requirements regarding formatting, citations, word limits, and ethical considerations.

5. Editing and Modification: Liberty Legal Group reserves the right to edit and modify the submitted blog post/paper for purposes of clarity, grammar, style, and adherence to Liberty Legal Group’s editorial standards. However, substantial changes that significantly alter the meaning or essence of the work will not be made without the author’s consent.

6. Publication Decision: The decision to publish or reject a submitted blog post/paper rests solely with Liberty Legal Group’s editorial team. Liberty Legal Group may reject submissions that do not meet its editorial standards, violate ethical guidelines, or are deemed inappropriate for publication for any other reason.

7. Confidentiality: Liberty Legal Group will treat all submitted blog posts/papers with utmost confidentiality. However, Liberty Legal Group cannot guarantee the security of the submission process and shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of the submitted work.

8. Withdrawal of Submission: If, after submission, you wish to withdraw your blog post/paper from consideration for publication, you must notify Liberty Legal Group in writing as soon as possible.

By submitting your article/paper to Liberty Legal Group, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this disclosure. You also acknowledge that Liberty Legal Group may update or modify these terms at its discretion.
